Richard B. Fox

Richard Fox is a business owner and entrepreneur in energy and mining.  He received a JD and MBA from Washington University in St. Louis.  He began his career at the Securities and Exchange Commission in Washington DC and later moved into private practicing focusing on corporate and tax law.  Fox founded a chemical technology company in the energy sector growing it to become the number one company in the industry. The company was acquired by a Fortune 500 company in 2001 whereafter Fox acquired the exclusive manufacturing rights for the new owner.  In 2022 Fox vertically integrated the business with the acquisition of an iron mine in Utah.
